Types of Cards


CardFit! There are 3 types of cards: Exercise, Numbers, and Modifiers. Exercise cards describe the Exercise to be performed. Number cards list the number of repetitions or length of time the exercise is to be performed. Modifiers alter the work to be done. Challenge. Play. Win.
